Capt Sir Tom Moore portraits auctioned for charity

Captain Sir Tom Moore has been an Army officer, a successful businessman, a chart-topping singer and a champion NHS fundraiser. Now he can add another occupation to that impressive CV – artists’ muse.

Hundreds of people have felt inspired to paint pictures of the veteran and they’re set to be auctioned off for the Captain Tom Foundation.

Arts correspondent David Sillito had a preview.
