Hong Kong, Singapore Delay Their Planned Travel Bubble


HONG KONG—Asian financial centers Singapore and Hong Kong delayed for two weeks plans to allow quarantine-free air travel between the cities, showing the difficulty of establishing such potential travel arrangements as waves of the pandemic continue.
